We want you to trust what you read here. This page tells you how we work, where our facts come from, and how we make money.
Who writes this site
Laduma Data Free is written by our editorial team. We are not employed by any bookmaker. Bookmakers do not pay us to write anything, and none of them sees a page before it goes live.
We write about one thing. Data free betting in South Africa. We do not review online casinos, because online casino games are not legal in South Africa.
How we check a bookmaker
- We go to the bookmaker’s own website. Their site, rather than a comparison page or a press release.
- We look for the data free product ourselves. Home page, menu, footer, help pages, and any app download page.
- We use their words for what it covers. If they list what is in and what is out, we quote them.
- We write down the date we checked. These products change.
- We check the licence. Every bookmaker we list holds a licence from a South African provincial licensing authority. We name the authority and the licence number.
If we cannot find it on the bookmaker’s own site, we do not say they have it. We say we could not confirm it, and we say why.
What we do not do
- We do not copy other websites. Most data free lists in South Africa were copied from each other. Some are years out of date.
- We do not print bonus amounts. Bookmakers change them all the time. A number here would be wrong within weeks.
- We do not promise you will win. Nobody can.
- We do not list unlicensed bookmakers. Not for any money.
How we rank them
The order on our pages is based on two things. How much of the product is actually data free, and how easy it is for you to get.
- What is covered. A bookmaker that gives you sport, lucky numbers and live betting data free ranks above one that gives you less.
- How you get it. A website you can open with no download beats an app you have to install.
- How clear they are. A bookmaker that publishes what is not covered ranks above one that leaves you to find out from your airtime.
- Whether we could confirm it. Confirmed beats claimed, every time.
Money does not move that order. If it did, this page would be worthless to you.
How we make money
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and open an account, the bookmaker may pay us. It costs you nothing and it does not change your odds, your bonus or your account.
We would rather tell you this plainly than bury it. Every site like ours works this way. The difference is whether the money decides the order. Here it does not.
Keeping it current
- We re-check the bookmakers we list. Data free products get moved, renamed and withdrawn.
- We say when something has changed. If a bookmaker drops the product, the page says so.
- We mark what we cannot confirm. An empty answer is better than a made up one.
Mistakes
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and say what changed. Email info@ladumadatafree.co.za.
If a bookmaker thinks we have their product wrong, the fastest fix is to send us the page on their own site that shows it. We will use that.
Our independence
We do not take payment for a review, a rating, a position on a list, or a link presented as editorial. If a bookmaker asks, the answer is no, and we will write about the fact they asked.
