Privacy Policy
We do not collect your personal information. This site has no form to fill in, nothing to sign up for and no account to open. You read a page and you leave. That is the whole thing.
Last updated: 2 September 2026.
What we ask you for
Nothing.
- Your name is never requested.
- Your email address is never requested.
- Your cell number is never requested.
- Your ID number is never requested.
- Your banking details are never requested.
- There is no account here to open.
We have nowhere to put any of that and no reason to want it.
If you email us
The only way you can give us anything is by emailing info@ladumadatafree.co.za.
- We will have your email address and your message. We need both to reply to you.
- It is used to answer you and for nothing else.
- You are not added to any mailing list, because we do not run one.
- Your message stays with us. It is not passed on or sold.
- Ask us to delete it and we will.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies on your device and does not run advertising trackers.
When you click through to a bookmaker
This is the part worth understanding, because it is the only place anything about you moves.
- Some of our links are affiliate links. When you tap one, the bookmaker is told the visit came from us. That is how we get paid.
- The moment you land on their site, you are theirs, not ours. Their privacy policy applies.
- We never see your account. Not your bets, not your balance, not your name, not your deposits.
- Anything you type into a bookmaker goes to the bookmaker. We are not in the middle of it.
Read the privacy policy of any bookmaker before you open an account with them. They collect a great deal, because the law makes them. We collect nothing, because we do not need to.
Your rights
South African privacy law is the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, POPIA. It gives you rights over information a business holds about you.
We hold nothing about you, so there is nothing to ask us for. If you have emailed us and want that email deleted, say so and it is gone.
If you are unhappy about how anybody in South Africa has handled your information, the Information Regulator is on 010 023 5200, toll free 0800 017 160, or enquiries@inforegulator.org.za.
Children
You must be 18 to gamble in South Africa and this site is written for adults. We do not knowingly hold information about anybody, of any age.
Changes
If this ever changes, because we add a form or something similar, we will change this page and the date at the top before we do it.
Gambling in South Africa is for adults of 18 and over. It can be addictive. Winners know when to stop. If you need to talk to somebody, the National Responsible Gambling Programme answers on 0800 006 008 or WhatsApp 076 675 0710.
