Terms of Use

These are the rules for using this website. By using it, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

  • An information site about data free betting in South Africa.
  • Run by Laduma Data Free, at ladumadatafree.co.za, contactable at info@ladumadatafree.co.za.

What this site is not

  • We are not a bookmaker. We do not take bets and we are not licensed to.
  • We do not hold your money. There is no account here and nothing to deposit.
  • We sell you nothing. Everything on this site is free to read.
  • We do not give you betting tips. We do not tell you what to bet on.
  • We are not financial or legal advisers.

You must be 18

You must be 18 or older to gamble in South Africa. That is section 12 of the National Gambling Act 7 of 2004. If you are under 18, do not use the bookmaker links on this site.

Betting is your decision

  • Any bet you place is yours. You place it with a bookmaker, not with us.
  • Any money you lose is yours. We are not responsible for it.
  • Your account is between you and the bookmaker. Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, disputes, closures. All of it.
  • Read their terms. Every bookmaker has its own and they are the ones that bind your bet.

We try to be accurate. We can still be wrong

We check things on the bookmakers’ own websites and we date what we check. Bookmakers still change products, terms, apps and addresses without telling anybody.

  • Check with the bookmaker before you rely on anything here.
  • Data free coverage changes. What is free today may not be free next month.
  • Tell us if we are wrong and we will fix it. Email us.

Links to other websites

  • Some links are affiliate links. If you open an account through one, the bookmaker may pay us. It costs you nothing.
  • Once you leave, we have no control. Their site, their terms, their privacy policy.
  • A link is not a guarantee. We list bookmakers we believe hold a South African licence. Check the licence yourself if it matters to you, and the National Gambling Board publishes a list of verified operators.

What is legal in South Africa

Sports betting and horse racing betting with a bookmaker licensed by a South African provincial licensing authority are lawful. Online casino games, online slots and online poker are not lawful in South Africa.

This site is about betting with licensed South African bookmakers. If you gamble somewhere unlicensed, you have no protection and we have nothing to do with it.

Our content

  • The words and layout on this site belong to us. You may read them, share a link, and quote a short piece with a credit and a link.
  • You may not copy pages wholesale onto another site.
  • Bookmaker names and logos belong to those companies, not to us.

Limits on our liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss you suffer from using it, from relying on it, or from anything that happens at a bookmaker you reached through it.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be limited.

If part of this is unenforceable

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Which law applies

South African law governs these terms and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
